Synergistics has provided support for client programs in system engineering functions, planning, scheduling, cost estimating, system development, support of field engineering functions, and analysis of regulatory requirements.  Projects have included environmental studies and construction. Synergistics can also perform value engineering assessments of existing designs to determine if cost savings can be realized without a reduction in quality or functionality.

Our company has been the main player in the development of The Project Control System that is used for companies and non-profit organizations such as Battelle, including Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. This Project Control Application is called Plan.Net and works as Web Server Application. This application integrated all the necessary components for Project Controls as Scheduling, Budgeting, Financial Reports, Cost and Earned Value Certification.
