Quality and client focus is an essential part of Synergistics Corporate Culture and Project Management Practices.

Synergistics maintains a corporate Quality Assurance Program Plan which is adhered to on all of our projects. Our plan is focused on the prevention of problems by using proven management systems for planning, performing, controlling and evaluating work. Project Quality Plans are developed as appropriate to ensure we meet all of our clients specific task order and/or contract requirements and we hold our Project Manager accountable for overall project performance and satisfaction.

Should a quality issue arise, Synergistics Project Manager has the responsibility and authority required to resolve the problem.
