WHO WE ARE |

Synergistics Inc. was founded in 2003 in
Richland, WA with the objective to sell services for
customized software and Project Management Support
Services. While our firm is relatively new, our staff
has been supporting government and private sector
projects with high-quality and reliable project
management and information technology services for over
20 years.
Our performance is built around those skills, expertise
and experience. Our expertise in handling highly complex
projects and sophisticated technologies for both
government and commercial clients is the fuel that
launched Synergistics into the marketplace. With our
diversification into government and high technology
services, we apply proven project management approaches
and best-technology solutions to serve our customers. We
have been incredibly fortunate to have created a firm
that provides the private and government markets with
both a specific technology in enterprise systems and an
essential management need in project controls. |

Management Support to implement and maintain commercial
applications tools such as Primavera, Open Plan and MS
Project into efficient Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
A software application for Project Control developed by
Synergistics provides the unique integration between the
scope, schedule, and the financial system. This includes
the ability to estimate and plan new work real time with
current fully burdened rates.
